So with an overnight price of about 90,00 € you need more than 100 nights. With a beach chair season of April-September with 183 season days the acquisition will be worthwhile according to experience thus starting from the 2nd year. The fee to be paid would also have to be clarified with the municipality. Please also note that the number of beach chairs you are allowed to set up must not be exceeded by the sleeping beach chair.

If you want to generate additional income, you can try this by offering breakfast, towels or bed linen. Often the overnight beach chair stay is a short-lived highlight, with very little to take back to the beach. This makes it all the more likely that you, as the landlord, will also be able to bring your booking extras to the guest.

My personal tip: A Prosecco and two glasses belong to it in any case. I find it especially great when two chairs and a table are set up in front of the beach chair, so that you can also have dinner/breakfast romantically at sunrise or sunset - you can't get more romantic than that!
